Questions about an official Los Angeles County criminal record belong with the public office that created or maintains it. This private site does not issue, correct, or certify government records.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.

Court files and certified copies come from Los Angeles Superior Court. Its central criminal courthouse is the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center, 210 W. Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012, open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
